Noel Brennan is a visual artist, designer and strategic leader working at the intersection of art, architecture and systems. Based in Co. Wicklow, his practice bridges studio work, spatial thinking and executive-level project delivery.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from NCAD and completed postgraduate work in Computer Science with a focus on design systems, digital architecture and human–computer interaction. This dual foundation underpins his approach to building coherent, scalable creative frameworks.
Noel began his career within major cultural institutions, including The Irish Museum of Modern Art, before managing complex exhibition and installation projects internationally. Working across artists, curators, engineers and fabricators, he developed a deep understanding of how concept translates into built form.
In parallel, he has led ventures in digital design and property development, structuring cross-border teams, capital strategies and operational systems to support long-term, place-based projects. His work in housing and development focused on creating viable pathways to ownership and sustainable growth, requiring governance oversight, financial modelling and high-level stakeholder negotiation.
This experience informs his creative collaborations: he understands brand, space and narrative not only aesthetically but structurally, from vision through to delivery.
With Vault & Beam, Noel operates as a creative partner shaping visual identity, spatial atmosphere and strategic direction. He brings the capacity to think conceptually, execute technically and align projects with long-term commercial and cultural ambition. His focus is on work that is materially grounded, intellectually rigorous and socially aware, where design, art and enterprise operate as a coherent whole.
